Fluid Bed roasting aka “air roasting” creates a less bitter and acidic cup of coffee. The flow of heated air over the beans gently roasts them to the desired level, specifically determined by our head roaster. We believe it brings the true notes out of every bean. Giving you a smoother, true nature to each cup you brew!
