You may return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Food items, such as hot sauce and spices, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the case of faulty products, please retain bottle and immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the product name, batch number of the product (a small sticker on the bottom or side of the bottle), and a photo (if possible) for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
If an item is received damaged, we will replace the item at no charge. If any perishable items are received damaged or unusable please contact email@example.com right away. There will be a replacement item sent at no charge.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, including when you return an item to us and when we ship a replacement or exchange item to you. We do not refund shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or something was damaged in transit or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a refund, we will refund the cost of the item plus tax, but not the original cost of shipping.
