Shipping Information: We are actively refining our shipping methods to ensure your Applewood Smoked Butter arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Please note that due to Shopify's current limitations, orders containing both butter and hot sauce will incur separate shipping charges at checkout. To maintain freshness, we ship butter on Mondays and Tuesdays nationwide, with Wednesday shipments available for Michigan customers. This schedule ensures your butter does not sit in a UPS or USPS facility over the weekend. If we cannot deliver within two days from packaging, we will wait until the next available shipping day to preserve quality.

Combined Shipping Note: Due to Shopify's limitations, combined shipping charges for orders including both butter and hot sauce may appear high at checkout. However, if we can combine your items into a single package that will arrive within 2 days after shipping for less than the quoted amount, we will refund the excess shipping charges after processing your order. Regardless of shipping methods chosen, we will not use a service that does not estimate a shipping of time of 2 days or less.

We do not ship to your address message?:The Shopify system can get tripped up when we have butter available for pickup at our Traverse City tasting room, but not enough in the shipping inventory. In that case, it may display an error message saying we don’t ship to your address. This only happens when inventory is running low—and we know it can definitely be confusing! We're working on trying to find a fix!
