Salmon Salad

Ingredients
⁃ 12oz grilled Salmon (Best grilled with with Old Mission Spice) OR (2) 6oz cans of salmon
⁃ 1/3 cup cucumber small diced
⁃ 1/3 cup celery small diced
⁃ 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
⁃ 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
⁃ 4oz Kickstand
⁃ 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

*Gently separate the salmon into small pieces, all other ingredients mixing well, refrigerate, & enjoy. 

Optional items to add: 
2 boiled eggs
Sliced avocado

Serving options: on a sandwich, atop greens, or on crackers.
